Sunrise is seeking an experienced, creative, and visionary CTO to lead our technology development and execution. You will play a crucial role in transforming our ambitious vision into a reality – building a product that is not only technologically advanced but also intuitive and delightful for the consumer.

Role: As a Co-Founder & CTO, you'll be an integral part of our leadership team. You'll spearhead the technological vision, driving the strategic direction, development, and future growth of our platform. As part of the founding team, you'll help shape our vision, culture and processes as we scale.
Key Responsibilities: Product Development: Lead the technical development of our AI concierge service and consumer application, aligning it with our vision of a seamless and sustainable consumer model.
Thought leaddership: Provide thought leadership for the company on cutting-edge technologies, AI, machine learning, and more, and how they can be incorporated to drive the platform forward.
Strategic Technological Vision: Shape our tech roadmap, keeping abreast with the latest trends in AI, sustainability, and logistics. Apply these in our tech stack to deliver superior consumer experiences.
Team Leadership: Build, guide, and mentor a top-notch tech team committed to delivering excellence and impact.
Stakeholder Communication: Simplify complex tech concepts for diverse stakeholders and consistently communicate project updates and strategic decisions.
Risk Management: Anticipate potential tech vulnerabilities and strengthen our infrastructure with robust security measures.
Required Skills/Experience: A proven track record as a CTO or similar leadership role within a sucessful startup or top-tier tech company, preferably in the AI space.
Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, data science, and their relevant applications. Prior experience developing consumer applications with a focus on intuitive design.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams, with the ability to inspire team members.
A strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance technological needs with business objectives.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Passionate about sustainability and transforming the way we live for the better. BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
