Job Summary
You will play a critical role in spearheading the growth of Sunrise by leveraging the power of community engagement and influencer partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our user base, drive customer acquisition, and build a vibrant community around our product. This position requires a deep understanding of community management, influencer marketing, and growth strategies within the sustainability and healthy living space.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies
Define and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with Sunrise's mission and values, focusing on community engagement and influencer-driven initiatives.
Community building and management
Build and nurture a passionate community of users, advocates, and brand ambassadors by fostering meaningful connections, providing exceptional support, and creating engaging content.
Influencer partnerships
Identify and collaborate with influential individuals, organizations, and thought leaders in the sustainability, wellness, and lifestyle spaces to amplify brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and foster brand loyalty.
Content creation and distribution
Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience, and ensure its effective distribution through various channels, including social media, blogs, podcasts, and events.
Data-driven analysis
Utilize analytics tools and metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
User feedback and insights
Act as the voice of the community within the organization, gathering and analyzing user feedback, insights, and market trends to inform product development and improvement efforts.
Collaborative leadership: Lead a team of growth specialists, community managers, and influencer coordinators, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, community management, or related roles, preferably within the sustainability, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
- Track record of success: Demonstrated success in growing user bases and driving customer acquisition through community-driven and influencer-focused strategies.
- Passion for sustainability: A deep passion for sustainability, healthy living, and environmental consciousness, with a strong understanding of related trends, practices, and industry influencers.
- Strong leadership skills: Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
- Excellent communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with community members, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and a strong ability to leverage metrics and insights to inform growth strategies and decision-making.
- Creativity and adaptability: A creative and innovative thinker who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
